The cozy lounge area offers a delightful breakfast selection.
The air conditioning was ineffective, leading to uncomfortable room temperatures.

The two-bedroom family suite was comfortable, and the lobby maintained a pleasant ambiance. The dining experience was delightful, particularly the Peking duck on the top floor, with attentive service creating a lovely atmosphere for dinner. However, the room's furniture felt a bit outdated, and there was a frustrating delay in taxi service when we needed assistance from the staff. Additionally, the lack of support in arranging transport upon our late-night arrival was quite disappointing.

Solid facilities here for travelers. The fitness center offers a nice view while you work out, and the modern pool boasts lap lanes that cater to serious swimmers.
The room left a bit to be desired. Pillows felt flat, and there were some unwelcome mosquitoes buzzing around. Additionally, unpleasant odors from other rooms sometimes wafted in through vents, which can really put a damper on your stay. On top of that, the location isn’t the best—it's on the city outskirts, making you feel a bit uneasy stepping out. Not a great vibe if you're not in a secure area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, especially thanks to the amazing service from Luke Song and Breeno Liu at Concierge. They provided excellent recommendations for dining, making our family outings effortless and enjoyable. Plus, our pet received a warm welcome, which made us feel at home.
My kids wished there were more activities for them to enjoy while staying here.

great location but outdated furnishings
The hotel offered a very convenient location with plenty of food options and shops nearby. The staff at the concierge desk were exceptional, assisting greatly with our taxi bookings and helping us secure tickets to the Forbidden City. The dining experience at the rooftop restaurant was delightful, particularly the Peking duck, which was expertly prepared. I also appreciated the elegant lobby decor and how helpful the staff were throughout my stay.
The room's furniture and carpet felt dated and fell short of the Hilton standard.
